1. How often should I have my HVAC system serviced?
Twice a year — once in the spring and once in the fall.

2. Do you service both residential and commercial systems?
Yes.

3. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes.

4. Do you offer emergency or after-hours service?
Yes. Our after-hours service fee is $135.
5. Do you provide upfront pricing before repairs?
Yes. All pricing is reviewed and approved before any repairs are made.

6. Do you offer maintenance plans or service agreements?
Yes. Maintenance plans are $169 for the first unit and $89 for each additional unit.
7. Do you offer air purification or humidity control solutions?
Yes.
8. Do you offer HVAC solutions for new construction?
Yes.
9. What is your HVAC service call fee?
Our service call (diagnostic) fee is $85.
 
10. Do you offer financing options?
Yes. We offer up to 60-month 0% interest financing, as well as standard financing options.
 
11. Are estimates free?
Yes.
 
12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards.
